What happens if equipment is damaged?
We understand accidents can happen. Minor wear is normal, but significant damage may incur a repair or replacement fee. We always discuss this clearly with customers.
Can I extend my hire period?
Yes, as long as the gear is not already reserved for another customer. Contact us early to avoid overlap.
What payment methods do you accept?
